疏失害染病 衛署擬代位求償 Aug 30th 2011, 23:00 【甯瑋瑜╱台北報導】台大醫院與成大醫院的五名器官移植患者，若不幸感染愛滋病毒，需終身使用雞尾酒療法，政府每人每年需負擔三十五萬元藥費，尚不包括患者恐有創傷、憂鬱、求職困難等困境。衛生署除要求院方提出對五名病患的照顧與賠償計劃，更不排除對醫院提出醫療費的代位求償。 詳全文：疏失害染病 衛署擬代位求償
