教局網路競賽 規則不明惹議 Jul 31st 2011, 23:00 【投訴組╱台中報導】台中市教育局辦理99學年度（2010年）國中小學網路應用競賽，卻因競賽規定不明確導致有學生鑽漏洞，使用非指定的繪圖軟體輔助，還因此得獎。對此，台中市教育局卻稱，因未限制不能用其他軟體輔助，就不算違規。家長團體指出，教育局的競賽規則不夠嚴謹、未盡周詳，須改進。 詳全文：教局網路競賽 規則不明惹議
